Aportes del emprendimiento cultural al desarrollo regional

El talento y las características artísticas de estos emprendedores pueden generar ecosistemas de innovación cultural, ya que existe una creatividad efervescente que puede y debe ser utilizada a favor del territorio. Esta conexión puede mitigar problemas psicológicos y sociales, activando la pertenencia comunitaria y brindando visibilidad a los hacedores de cultura. Este estudio tiene como objetivo investigar las contribuciones de las microempresas en el campo de la cultura para el desarrollo regional en la región metropolitana de Río de Janeiro. Estos desarrollos contribuyen al equilibrio económico y social del territorio; aprovechando los recursos culturales existentes, ofreciendo pertenencia e ingresos a la comunidad local. Se realizó una revisión sistemática dividida en dos etapas, primero en la conformación del portafolio bibliográfico y en los resultados extraídos del procedimiento, luego se analizó la conexión entre desarrollo regional y cultura. Se utilizaron tres bases de datos indexadas, la Web of Science, SciELO y Scopus, con el período de búsqueda entre 2001 y 2021, lo que resultó en 102 artículos después del proceso de elegibilidad. Se percibió que el vínculo entre las palabras clave “emprendimiento cultural” y “desarrollo regional” fue poco internado en las revistas más protectoras del debate en el mundo; sin embargo, hubo un vacío científico importante para el debate académico, como la transversalidad que la cultura es capaz de generar a partir de sus productos y servicios.
